What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Personal data is held securely and is obtained if you register on our site, make a purchase or use a contact form. This information will not be shared or sold. Information retained will be your name, address, email, phone number and the items purchased. All credit/debit card payments are made privately and securely via PayPal. No financial information is held on this site

Contact Forms

If you complete a Contact Us form, Sell with Us form or Waiting List form, the personal data you provide on those forms is used only to contact you regarding your specific request and is not retained for any other purpose, is not used for marketing, or passed on to a third party.

Cookies

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics with an EU compliance add on to track visitor traffic. Visitor’s IP addresses are anonymised on all Google Analytics hits, data is retained for 14 months and is used for historical reporting purposes only.

Who we share your data with

No personal data is shared with any third parties. Your payments are processed externally via Paypal and no financial information is held on this site. If payment is made by bank transfer, your details are held electronically and not passed on other than to the financial institution to process your payment.

How long we retain your data

Customer purchase records are kept for 10 years. All other contact forms are kept for a maximum of twelve months and only if the information contained on that form requires them to be held. For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site,  you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
