This is a genuine Mulberry heart keyring that has not been used

It is made from red spazzalato patent leather with silver coloured hardware

The keyring still has the tag attached and has not been used but has some light marks to the leather that I have endeavoured to show in the photos

Mulberry’s spazzalato leather is a calf leather which has been brushed and polished to give a smooth, gloss appearance. Natural creases are to be expected over time as the leather is designed to age naturally and become more characteristic with use

Purchasing from Labels Most Wanted is easy!

  • Simply add your chosen item(s) to your basket/cart and proceed to checkout.
  • On the checkout page, you can either log in to your existing account or checkout as a guest, enter your details and view your order together with any shipping costs.
  • If you choose to register, you will be able to view and print your orders and check their progress online. If you checkout as a guest, you will not be able to view any updates to your order via the Labels Most Wanted website, but you will receive email order updates.
  • You may pay for your items by UK bank transfer, or online using PayPal via their secure encrypted connection. PayPal accepts most major credit and debit cards, or you can use funds held in your PayPal account to pay for your goods. All credit/debit card payments are made privately and securely via PayPal and we do not see or hold any of your financial information on this site. You don’t need a PayPal account to pay via that method.
  • Once your order has successfully been placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase.
  • If payment is to be made by bank transfer, payment needs to be credited to our account within 2 working days, or your item will be released for resale. Bank details will be included in your order confirmation email.
  • Once cleared payment is received either via PayPal or bank transfer, then your item(s) will be despatched within 2 working days and you will receive an email containing the tracking number. If you have registered with us, then you can also view your order history online.
  • Payment Plans – On occasion, a payment plan (also known as layaway/instalment) may be agreed with a buyer on an individual basis. Terms will be a agreed and a deposit taken, with the balance being due by a specified date. An agreed proportion of that deposit will be non-refundable should the buyer cancel the order at any time, not make the final payment by the due date or return the order.

International Delivery

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED WITH EFFECT FROM 24TH MARCH 2020

International delivery to Europe and USA is fixed at £10 per bag, £5 per accessory and £20 for heavy/bulky items (over 2kg in weight) being sent by courier. If you would like to purchase more than one item, it may be possible for us to combine delivery costs depending on the weight of the items. Please contact us using the Quick Contact form on the site, or email sales@labelsmostwanted.co.uk, and we can confirm the combined delivery cost.

Delivery Methods

Once cleared payment has been received for your item(s), your goods will be sent within 2 working days by an insured and tracked method which will require a signature, usually Royal Mail Special Delivery/Recorded Delivery or a courier within the UK, or International Signed For or a courier for items being sent outside the UK. Your item(s) will be sent within 2 working days and you will receive an email containing the tracking number.

Customs Taxes

Buyers outside of the EU are responsible for any customs duty or taxes which may be due and we are obliged to declare the full value of the merchandise on the customs documentation.

No Quibble Returns

How to Request a Return

We offer a No Quibble returns policy.

If you wish to return your item for any reason and you have not used it, please send an email to sales@labelsmostwanted.co.uk within 48 hours of the items receipt, quoting your order number and reason for the return. You will then be provided with the return address and you may return your goods, by a trackable method, in their original condition and unused within 14 calendar days after the day of their receipt. All goods must be accompanied by any authenticity cards/tags, dustbags and original packaging. Returns will only be accepted if the Labels Most Wanted security tags remain attached.

Your Refund

Upon receipt of your returned goods, you will be refunded for the price you paid for the item excluding your return delivery charge, and by the same method as your payment was made, within 48 hours of its receipt. In the case of defective items, your basic return delivery cost will be refunded. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the item is sent by a secure method, as Labels Most Wanted cannot accept any liability for any items lost in the post. International buyers in non-EU countries, must ensure that the customs documentation is clearly marked as Returned Merchandise.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (formerly known as Distance Selling Regulations), you may cancel your purchase with Labels Most Wanted at any stage from your placing the order to delivery. If your order has already been despatched, then the cancellation would need to be handled as a return.
